SHIPPING

Our shipping schedule is 2-4 weeks, (unless you request 'Rush Shipping' and/or based on product availability).

Orders are shipped by Canada Postal Service. Please provide an address where they can deliver. An incorrect delivery address will cause delay and extra shipping charges.

LETTERMAIL 

Lettermail is uninsured and untracked shipping method for any order less than 500g. It is shipped via Canada Post "Lettermail". This means you cannot track your order and your products are not insured again lost, damaged or stolen items. This will only be a selectable option if your order is 500g or less. Please be advised any items ordered using this option will be shipped in an envelope and not a box. 

EXPEDITED MAIL

Expedited Mail is our Regular Mail option. Once shipped from the warehouse it will get to most Canadian addresses within 5 business days. This option is both insured and trackable through Canada Post's website.

RUSH ORDERS

We do offer a "Rush Order" service at an additional cost. Your order will take top priority and be shipped out ahead of the line (dependent on product availability). This option is both insured and trackable through Canada Post's website.

PRIORITY MAIL

Priority Mail is a shipping method offered. If this is selected it will be shipped out of our warehouse within 2 business days (depending on products availablitiy) and will get to most Canadian addresses the next day. This option is both insured and trackable through Canada Post's website.

PICK UP ORDERS

We receive many requests from customers who would like to pick up their order. If you live within the Greater Toronto Area, there will be an option to pick up your order when selecting a shipping method. We do not have a retail location so we kindly request for customers to place their order online first.

FREIGHT AND INSURANCE RATES

Our shipping rates are directly linked to the rates for shipping by Canada Post. You can get your estimated shipping rate by going to "My Cart" (found at the top of your screen) and enter your postal code in the estimated shipping box.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Before returning an item, please contact us at (905) 669-0939 or email us for return authorization.

We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied or you have ordered an item in error and it is in new, resalable condition, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please contact us and a member of our office staff will be happy to assist you.

Items received defective will be replaced promptly. Please examine your order when it is received and contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order to arrange for a replacement. All Casemade products that become damaged through normal use within 3 years of receipt, will be replaced. Items left in extreme hot or cold temperatures or that have been abused are not eligible for replacement. Clear vinyl products will be replaced if found defective within 6 months.

Clear-vinyl products will be replaced if found defective within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please note: Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable. If it is a warranty issue, please contact us so that we can make the arrangements to have the item returned at our expense.
