Our shipping schedule is 2-4 weeks, (unless you request 'Rush Shipping' and/or based on product availability). As in years past, for any items ordered which include the 2010 Yeartext, there will be a delay in order shipment until production is complete which will be mid November 2009.
Orders are shipped by Canada Postal Service. Please provide an address to which they can deliver. An incorrect delivery address will cause delays and extra reshipping charges.
RUSH ORDERS
We do offer a "Rush Order" service at an additional cost. Your order will take top priority and be shipped out ahead of the line (dependent on product availability).
PICK UP ORDERS
We receive many requests from folks who would like to pick up their order. We are strictly a mail order company and therefore do not have a retail location. We ship all of our orders by Canada Post. If you require your order quickly we are glad to accommodate your request when you choose the ‘rush shipping’ option (based on product availability).

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Before returning an item, please contact us at (905) 669-0939 or e-mail us at Email for return authorization.
We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied or you have ordered an item in error and it is in new, resalable condition, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt of the order for a full refund, less shipping charges. Please contact us and a member of our office staff will be happy to assist you.
Items received defective will be replaced promptly. Please examine your order when it is received and contact us within 30 days of receipt of the order to arrange for a replacement.
VINYL PRODUCTS
Deluxe Magazine and Tract Holders, Study Portfolios and Return Visit Binders that become damaged through normal use within 6 months of receipt, will be replaced. Items left in extreme hot or cold temperatures or that have been abused are not eligible for replacement.
Clear-vinyl products will be replaced if found defective within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Please note: Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable. If it is a warranty issue, please contact us so that we can make the needed arrangements to have the item returned at our expense.
