ONLINE ORDERING
Enter the quantity of each of the products you would like then click on 'add selected products to cart'. All selected items on that page will be entered into the Shopping Cart. To View the Shopping Cart click on [more] beside the words 'Shopping Cart'. You will also be able to change the quantity of an item, delete an item and get a shipping estimate in this section. To check out click on Check Out then follow instructions. You will need a valid credit card number, your address, phone number and e-mail address.

Please provide a daytime telephone number in case we have questions regarding your order. Please fill out and calculate your order form carefully. If items are ordered in error, You will be responsible for returning the products in resalable condition and for the additional shipping charges incurred.
TELEPHONE ORDERS
We are sorry, but we are unable to accept telephone orders.
FAX ORDERS
Please fax only one copy of your order. A faxed order must include complete credit card information to be processed. When faxing use high resolution and clear bold print.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS
All credit card orders must include the following information: Cardholder’s name and billing address, credit card type, account number, expiration date and cardholder’s signature. Please make sure all credit card information is accurate and that adequate funds are available to cover the order. Your credit card will be charged the actual amount of your order including any dues or credits from previous orders. Credit card orders may be faxed to our office for your convenience.
